THE INTERMEDIARY MODEL

From your hands to the carrier network.

You work with CGE locally in English or Spanish. We prepare the package and review an eligible FedEx or UPS service with you. The chosen carrier collects, transports, tracks and delivers it to the destination.

Pre-launch contact point—do not bring or route a package here until the team confirms service is active and accepts the shipment.

BEFORE YOU VISIT

Clear answers about the service model.

Is CGE Shipping owned by FedEx or UPS?

No. CGE Shipping is an independent retail intermediary. It plans to offer eligible services through both carrier networks. Authorized titles and carrier logos will only be used after the applicable written approvals.

What will I be able to do at the location?

The planned service includes creating new shipments, packing and labeling, eligible prepaid drop-offs and returns, and package pickup when permitted by the selected carrier.

Who sets the price and delivery time?

The quote depends on the carrier service, package, destination and any disclosed CGE packing or service charges. Delivery dates are carrier estimates unless the selected service expressly provides a guarantee.

Can I bring or pick up a package today?

Not yet. The website is live for pre-launch information, but package acceptance, pickup, online booking and payments remain disabled until carrier approvals and operating policies are complete.

What items will not be accepted?

Hazardous or dangerous goods, restricted items and some perishable or high-value contents may not be eligible. Acceptance depends on carrier rules, route and documentation; call before visiting.
